What is the difference between mod and administrator? moderator design game? administrator monitors?

An Admin is more of watcher more you know.. ban kick all that jazz like um.. Watcher leader or something
a mod is a follower who follows the admin and helps out... and does more than a normal member.
A normal member is much like a mod. accept they cant kick. they more like follow admin and mod. yeah.. thats about it anything more?
